A Message from the President

Welcome to the Canadian Netherlands Business and Professional Association (CNBPA).

The CNBPA has enjoyed a long history as one of the most vibrant and active European business chambers in Toronto. In addition to leading-edge business speakers, we provide a strong networking forum for both Dutch expatriates and Canadian business people with Dutch interests.

Our goals for 2010 are:
(1) continue to build community, membership and our online presence;
(2) host at least 6 diverse networking events;
(3) continue to ensure the CNBPA is self-sustaining through our long-term sponsorship strategy.

We always welcome new corporate and individual members and invite you to get involved through both our business and social events. We also invite you to join our LinkedIn and Facebook groups, and to follow us on Twitter.

We look forward to meeting you at our next event, and thank all the members and the Toronto Dutch business community for their ongoing support of the CNBPA.

May Event 2010: go Green go Dutch go Bike!
in assciation with the Dutch Consulate in Toronto

	GO GREEN GO DUTCH GO BIKE! This year's "Go Green Go Dutch Go Bike!" is bigger than ever. The object of the event is to promote the use of bikes for recreational purposes, but also as a daily mode of transportation to and from the workplace. Good for the environment and good for your health.
In addition there is a charitable component attached to the event - every participant is asked for a financial contribution in order to buy new bikes for needy children. Participate in the ride and enjoy Dutch treats at the finish at Nathan Phillips Square. Date: May 30, 2010 Time: 10:00 am to 3:00 pm Route: TBD - length will be approx. 15 - 20 km Cost to register: $10 donation
